Ms. Perrell focuses her practice on business and contract disputes and plaintiff’s legal negligence claims. She
recently won a $1.7 million dollar award for a breach of contract claim against a publicly traded company. In her business
and litigation practice, she has represented both individuals and businesses either as plaintiffs or defendants. She has litigated
claims between and among banks, state universities, large publicly traded companies, small businesses as well as individuals.
In her legal professional negligence practice, she has pursued claims against multinational law firms to solo practitioners
and the various levels in between. As a result of this experience, she is regularly asked to speak at seminars on preventing
legal malpractice by malpractice insurance companies and other entities as well as on legal ethics.
Ms. Perrell also regularly lectures and chairs seminars on civil litigation and practice matters including a long standing
annual seminar aimed at educating attorneys on curbing abusive litigation tactics of an opposing counsel so as to insulate
the client from such abuses. She is an active member in a number of professional organizations including the Atlanta Bar Association,
Georgia Trial Lawyer’s Association, Lawyer’s Club of Atlanta and Georgia Association for Women’s Lawyers
participating in numerous committees and holding various leadership positions. She has also been selected to participate in
an honorary Inn of Court whose purpose is to provide select attorneys additional specialized instruction to further elevate
their practice.
